Astrid Claessen

Over 20 years of experience in supporting or leading organizational change.

People tend to describe me as: honest, creative, humorous, and grounding. I used to be a “fixer”, but I no longer believe we can just fix things (let alone people). Instead, we need to grow our human capability to thrive and lead in complex times.

Myself I feel I’m still working on the honesty part, as it is challenging for me to find what I am a stand for.

When attending Inner Path with Michael I found myself in an environment that provides a great container for my personal growth, and which rekindled my creative side. Providing that type of container and co-creating the practices that help emergence of what is needed in that situation is what makes me want to take part in Evolvagility.

I look forward to learning more while cataloguing and describing the practices we offer to those we engage with.

We’re not sure what will emerge in this, or any, collaboration, as there is no recipe for success. We stumble and learn, and that is ok.

What I am sure of: I will continue to grow my own capability of thriving in complex environments and by doing so I will hold space for deliberately developmental environments in the organizations that work with me.
